Policies, Terms and Conditions
Sorry but we do not allow pets during hunting season.
We require a deposit of $200 per hunter by VISA or Mastercard to hold your reservation. The card must bear the name of the person making the reservation. "Debit" versions of these cards, cheques or EMT will not be accepted. You do not have a reservation unless your deposit has been processed.
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
A $25 administrative fee applies to all cancellations. The balance of your deposit is returned to you provided 30 days notice of cancellation was received and the vacancy created by your cancellation has been re-rented failing which, deposit is forfeited. Those who cancel within 14 days of their arrival date will be liable for 100% of the total value of the reservation unless the vacancy created by your cancellation can be filled by another party.
Guests, not showing up at the pre-arranged time and date without giving notice by phone or mail constitute "no shows" and will be held liable for 100% of the total value of their reservation.
Please be prepared to settle your account on arrival, in cash, Interac, VISA or MasterCard. Sorry, cheques of any kind will not be accepted.
Check In and Check Out
Weekly check in time is 3:00 p.m. Sat. Check out time is 9:00 a.m.
Weekend check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Please be prepared to check out on time, we need time to clean for the next guests.
Visitors must check in at the office each time they visit.
We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors as well as their frequency.
No visitors are permitted after 11pm
South River Resort and its owners will not be held liable for any damages, injuries or losses incurred by our guests while using our facilities and each guest does so, solely at their own risk. The individual making the reservation is responsible for the actions and safety of their children and guests.
Guests are fully responsible for all damages and losses to equipment and accommodations provided, however caused. All damages to South River Resort property and/or malfunctioning equipment must be reported immediately. Reported damages will be dealt with fairly and every effort will be made to limit the cost to our guests. Unreported damages will be dealt with as expeditiously as possible.
